The Firm represents clients in all civil family actions in the Superior Court of NJ, Chancery Division, Family Part, which include all civil actions in which "the principal claim is unique to and arises out of a family or family-type relationship" . See Rule 5:1-2. These actions include among other matters summary actions for spousal support between separated married persons, summary actions for child custody and parenting time, and summary child support actions between married or unmarried persons with children; actions for divorce, and issues incidental thereto, for example, child custody and support, alimony, property and debt distribution, and awards of counsel fees and costs; nullity and separate maintenance actions; actions to adopt a child or adult; proceedings for the termination of parental rights; domestic violence proceedings; removal of children from the State; pre-martial, marital settlement agreements, and modifications of agreements, judgments or orders for alimony or spousal support, and child custody and support; and interstate custody and support issues. Attorney Robert Savage was a Member of the Central New Jersey Family Law Inn of Court. He is a Member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and serves as a volunteer Attorney Panel Member of the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Warren County, NJ, assisting litigants and their attorneys to resolve their cases and avoid costly contested trials.
